Lesson 9: Cách nhận xét man-made process
Dạng bài tập process đầu tiên là quy trình nhân tạo (man-made process), hay còn gọi là quy trình sản xuất (Manufacturing process). Khi làm bài dạng bài process, tự đặt các câu hỏi như sau để phân tích :
- Bước đầu tiên của quy trình và bước kết thúc là gì?
- Có tổng cộng bao nhiêu bước trong toàn quy trình?
- Các bước này thực hiện tuần tự theo logic như thế nào?

Bố cục & template chung:

Để paraphrase lại đề bài, bạn có thể áp dụng 1 trong 2 template sau: Template 1: The diagram [illustrates/ shows/ gives information about] the steps and equipment involved in [the production of…/ the process of making...]. Template 2: The diagram shows how the process of [making/producing/recycling….] is carried out [in ….], which involves the use of various equipment. |

Body paragraph 1 (hoặc body paragraph 2) |
Mô tả chi tiết từng bước ảnh trong diagram, cố gắng paraphrase các từ trong phần mô tả của từng hình, nhưng bạn cũng không nhất thiết phải dùng hết tất cả các từ trong diagram. Trong trường hợp phần mô tả có từ ngữ chuyên môn/ học thuật mà bạn không rõ nghĩa, cố gắng đoán nghĩa, loại từ của nó và các word form liên quan để paraphrase theo kiểu dùng word form khác. Còn nếu không biết word form luôn thì chỉ cần xác định loại từ rồi để y nguyên và đặt câu với nó sao cho đúng ngữ pháp. Sử dụng các từ nối, liên kết từ diễn đạt trình tự thời gian. Bạn có thể gom lại viết 1 đoạn Body paragraph cho dạng bài process này. Nếu không biết tách đoạn như thế nào thì gom hết nguyên diagram vào viết trong 1 đoạn cũng không sao cả. Miễn đủ ý là được. |
Từ vựng & Thì
Đối với tất cả các bài process: sử dụng thì HIỆN TẠI ĐƠN (do đây là sự thật hiển nhiên) và có thể kết hợp thể bị động.
Các từ vựng chỉ trình tự theo thời gian, theo tuần tự từng bước:

Vận dụng vào viết bài
The diagram below shows the production and processing of milk and dairy products for commercial sale.
Summarise the information by selecting and reporting the main features, and make comparisons where relevant.
Write at least 150 words.
The diagram illustrates the steps and equipment involved in the process of making milk and other dairy products.
Overall, the production has multiple stages starting from taking fresh milk from cows and ending with packaging milk into bottles and delivering to supermarkets and shops for sale.
In the first place, cows are kept at farms to graze on grass. Fresh milk from the cows is then collected by a milking machine twice a day before being stored in refrigerators. After that, tankers deliver refrigerated milk to a dairy for further processing steps. At this stage, milk is used to make either cheese, cream and butter or kept as fresh milk. Then, the milk comes to the stage of pasteurization, in which all harmful bacteria are killed by high temperature. Following that, the stage of milk packaging carries out, and then the finished products are transported to retail establishments for display and sale.
