The first diagram illustrates the process of coffee manufacture by using the dry method, and the other diagram shows how roasted coffee oil extraction is carried out.
Overall, the production of coffee has nine different stages, starting from manually sorting coffee beans and ending with packaging coffee into bags. Meanwhile, the extraction of roasted coffee oil includes different equipment, commencing with using a roaster and finishing with using a filter.
Regarding the production of coffee, the coffee beans are first sorted out by hand and a sieve is then used to clean the sorted beans. After being dried under the sun for four weeks, the beans are racked and turned. Next, all of the dried beans are stored in a silo, ready to be dispatched to a mill. The following stage involves the use of a pestle and a mortar to break the outer hull away from the coffee beans. After that, the hulled beans undergo the grading stage, which is followed by the step of packaging for consumption.
Turning to the roasted coffee oil making process, the green coffee beans are first roasted in a roaster and then are carried by an elevator to a heating machine where steam is removed. Next, the condensed beans are placed in a press oil extractor to produce crude oil, and the coffee dregs are removed. Finally, the unrefined oil is filtered by a machine to make finished coffee oil.
