Having a balanced diet and eating balanced meals is the key to a healthy life.

It is thought by many people that moderate diet is the main point to have a healthy life. Personally, I agree with this opinion; however, I believe that other aspects are also equally important.
Having a balanced diet can bring numerous benefits to human health. To maintain a balance in daily portions means having various nutritious types of food so that human body will be sufficient nutritionally. The essential nutrients mostly which come from vegetable and fruits, such as minerals and vitamins, are necessary for a healthy life. It helps us to work and learn effectively by providing energy. In addition, proteins in fish and many other types of meat can harden our bones, so they are significant nutritionally.
However, there are many other crucial contributing factors to human well-being besides balanced meals. First and foremost, physical activities such as running, jogging, swimming, dancing, hiking, trekking are extremely essential. This is because taking regular exercise is not only good for physical health but also for mental health. In particular, doing these activities can reduce the risks of undesirable diseases like obesity, diabetes. In addition, a healthy life also depends on the way you live. Having a positive lifestyle with optimistic attitude could have a great influence on human well-being. Therefore, keeping a balance between work and leisure is also necessary. Hobbies and recreational activities would be the main factors of relaxation.
In conclusion, despite the fact that having adequate meals is a beneficial way in order to promote longevity/ expectancy and healthy life, I still think that other factors are also important regarding physical activities and optimistic attitude.
