Thanh Loc is a talented theatre artist, as well as movie actor who has gained enormous popularity in my country. The actor has devoted most of his life to entertain the public with his natural acting skills. He has played various character roles throughout his acting career, ranging from comedy characters to historical figures.
Thanh Loc has my admiration and respect. Unlike many celebrities in the showbiz nowadays who try to capture public attention by shocking scandals or nonsense commercial amusing shows, Thanh Loc is a true artist who only provides serious works. His comedy plays for children and adults are extremely creative, funny yet educational, so there is nothing like dirty jokes or nonsense plots.
I yearn to have a nice coffee talk with him and I am very curious to know what gets his creative juices flowing. I also want to ask him how he has done to keep his inner flame burning brightly to accomplish his dream of becoming an actor.

My younger sister is 2 years old younger than me. When we were kids, there were arguments and fights just like what normally happens between siblings. However, that is no longer the case at the present time because the more we grow up, the stronger the bond we have.
I find having her in my life a blessing because she’s like the other missing half of mine. Like many other people, I’m kinda afraid of the awkwardness that arises when there’s nothing left to say. But being with her, the silence between conversations, or after a burst of laughter becomes something so enjoyable. Besides, we understand each other very well. Just by making eye contact, we can tell what the other person is having in mind, or just by listening to each other’s voice, we can feel the emotions hidden inside.
We frequently enjoy our free time in the evening by hanging out at a shopping centre to do window shopping or going out for a drink at a nice coffee shop to have girl talks. Generally, we talk to each other about everything under the sun, such as what we have done during a day, people we have met or talk about problems we are facing, or latest news about celebrities or something interesting on social networking sites.
If I have a dinner with her, we definitely will visit a vegetarian restaurant. My younger sister and I are under the process of adapting vegetarian diets because we want to reduce meat consumption. Avocado salad and pumpkin soup will be definitely ordered because these two dishes are our favorite. During the meal, we will have girl talks. Generally, we talk to each other about everything under the sun, such as what we have done during a day, people we have met or talk about problems we are facing, or latest news about celebrities or something interesting on social networking sites.

I have known him for over 7 years. We worked together in the Communication Group of a youth club when we were in university. Hai is very special. He is a student at Music Academy majoring in music composition, yet he is also a part-time mobile game developer. I remember how I was astonished when I knew about this. He is both left-brained and right-brained, which means that his style of thinking is analytical and methodical, yet intuitive and artistic.
Hai's leadership skills were shown clearly whenever he chaired the meetings of the group. He listened to all of the ideas of the members and then came up with a plan which was a combination of everyone's ideas. This made all relevant parties feel that their contributions were recognized. In addition, he presented everyone with his plan in a very logical yet funny way so everything was very understandable and persuasive.
Hai told me that if I want to be a good leader, I have to be able to control the bad temper and keep my thinking clear and sharp to lead others. What I have learned from Hai is the technique of keeping your temper and setting my mind at ease during stressful situations or intense moments. He showed me how to take deep breath, how stay focused on figuring out solutions rather than getting involved in irrational and emotional arguments.

Describe a person whom you met the first time and made you happy
A few months ago, I decided to go to Da Lat for several days because I wanted to have a short break from my hectic life in Ho Chi Minh city. Da Lat is a hill town which has long acquired a reputation as an ideal getaway holiday destination since this place can offer a good change of atmosphere with fresh and cool air and amazing natural scenery.
I had a local friend in Da Lat and that friend would pick me up at my hotel and carry me to popular tourist attractions. While I was sitting on the sofa in the lounge of my hotel to wait for my friend, I saw a guy who was also sitting alone nearby. Without much hesitation, I struck up a conversation with him just to kill the time. His name is Hai and he is a mobile game developer. I didn't ask his age since I think it is rude to ask such information; however, I think he is the same age as me.
The conversation with Hai was amazingly interesting. Since Hai is a leader of a team developing mobile games so he shared with me valuable lessons about being a good leader. Hai told me that if I want to be a good leader, I have to be able to control the bad temper and keep my thinking clear and sharp to lead others.
